I was looking to grab 10 trays from them. They had just two available online. So, I decided to give them a ring. Turns out, buying 10 but only getting two at the listed price is a bit of a hassle. I can snag 2 for 13.99, but for the other 8, I gotta fork out 20.99 each. It's kinda funny how the price jumps when they realize you want more. I requested to chat with the manager and asked for a callback, but nothing came through. I’m pretty sure he’s clueless about what’s been going on. Customer service doesn’t seem to be their main focus.

My previous review got flagged for some reason, so I figured I’d share more details. I discovered Shopbobbys while searching for Contigo Luxe coffee cups—Amazon was charging a pretty penny. Shopbobbys had them on sale for around 11-12 bucks each, so I ended up buying 10. They showed up in perfect shape, and I saved about $14 per cup. Even with shipping, it was still a fantastic deal!

I placed an order but it never arrived. Now, when I reach out to them through email, I get no reply, and their website doesn’t show any record of my order. I’m really frustrated!

I got 2 solar motion lights from them, and when they showed up, one of 'em wasn’t working quite right. So, I reached out to Shop Bobby’s, and they told me I didn’t even need to send it back. Just toss the faulty one, and they’d send a replacement right away. They’re really good folks to work with and do their best to keep things easy for customers. Their business ethics seem top-notch, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again. Thanks a bunch, guys! J Scott Tutor.

I bought the Rubbermaid commercial sponge mop. Two weeks later, I got a survey asking how I felt about my mop, but I still hadn’t received it. I reached out to customer service to track my order, and they told me I had put in the wrong address, so I needed to get in touch with FedEx to fix it. When I called FedEx, they said only the shipper could make that change. I went back to customer service and passed along that info. Then, I got hit with a $17.00 fee from ShopBobby's for changing the address. I asked for some clarity on that charge because my original order confirmation had the right address listed.

What a terrible experience!

Looks like Mason Jar Mugs in Colored Glass are all the rage this year, and finding matching drink dispensers has been a real challenge. Fortunately, after some Googling, I stumbled upon Shopbobbys.com - and they had precisely what I needed, and at an unbeatable price. I decided to get 2 Moonshine Jugs in Blue (just in case one gets damaged) - they showed up fast, packed nicely, and now I've got a backup, or I can sell one if someone else is in the market for it.

I've purchased from Bobbys online previously and plan to keep doing so! I really wish they had a location nearby. Their items are just as good, if not better, than what you see on the website. Recently got some yellow sheer curtain panels, and they look fantastic!

I came across the product I was looking for at a price that was way better than I thought it would be. The delivery was super fast. Overall, I'm really happy with how my shopping went at Shopbobbys.

You can bring it down in the summer and use it as an additional cover during the winter. I'm planning to use it both ways.

Another plus is that it lacks that annoying 'polyester fill' backing that a lot of spreads have in other shops. There's nothing to snag, come undone, or ruin in any way.

It's been 9 days since I placed my order, and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I get it, I'm used to Amazon Prime's speedy delivery, but the confirmation mentioned 2-day priority shipping. A week to pack and send it out seems a bit much to me. Sending a survey when there's no delivery confirmation is just not cool.

Shopping online is way quicker and super convenient. The package arrived really fast, and I’m loving it! Five stars to you, Bobby's!

I ran into a few issues with my order. I reached out to the support team, and they were super polite and patient while sorting everything out. I gotta say, I was the one who caused the hiccups.

This dish drainer is fantastic! The color is gorgeous and way better than what the picture shows. I'm really happy with it. It was a bit tricky to find the right color, but Bobby's shop had exactly what I needed.

The dish drying rack arrived with a tray that I didn’t notice in the photo, but it had a crack in one corner. Honestly, I wouldn’t have used that tray anyway since it didn’t have a side to let the water drain out (all four sides have a lip that would trap any water from the dishes).
